Me and my husband went through KLC for about 4 years and worked with Phyllis and Joy. They were always professional and anytime we needed anything they made sure it was taken care of ASAP. We have went through a couple of property management companies that didn't turn out to be that good so we were skeptical of going through another one but KLC was good. They give you notice before they come out and didn't just pop up. They give you privacy and don't violate your space. If needed I would go through them again and recommend them.

So the beginning of this year I was on the hunt for a new place to live and so didn’t have much time. I saw some townhomes online but fell in love with one. I immediately reached out and a representative from KLC Property Management Solutions got right back to me. I have never and I do mean never had someone respond so promptly and answer all of my questions. The application process was easy and I was beyond impressed with the communication. I would recommend working with them for any of your rental needs. If I become a landlord in the future I will make sure they handle my home for me.

First, I’d like to say what a wonderful experience it was working with KLC Property Management. What we appreciated most about working with Phyllis and Joy was that they were prompt and professional. Although we did not personally hire KLC, we were working with them to rent a house from one of their clients. From the very beginning Phyllis and Joy were on point. Even though it was a tight timeframe and the weekend, Phyllis and Joy both made sure to send out all the needed information to make it easy for us to get into the house as quickly as possible. They even included the contact information for all the local utilities and more. We had all the important information we needed to make the experience as frictionless as possible. At the walkthrough of the property Phyllis went above and beyond pointing out things in the house we might need to know. Without her suggestions and guidance we would have had no clue. She absolutely did not have to take the time to do that, but she did and it was noticed and appreciated. KLC Property Management has proven to be head and shoulders above the rest.
